Welcome luncheon for the first Cohort 2022 of the KAUST Global Fellowship Program

13 October, 2022

The first meeting was held at one of the KAUST campus restaurants with the participation of the awarded Global Fellows, their host PIs, the Deans, the Associate Vice Presidents, and the Vice President for Research.

After months of administrative processes and weeks of preparation, we were thrilled to bring together and meet up with Cohort 2022.

The Vice President for Research, Pierre Magistretti, welcomed and congratulated the awarded Global Fellows by expressing his and the VPR Office’s support during their journey here in KAUST:

“We are delighted to have you being part of our community of excellence! We are here to support you in every step and to applaud your successes on the way!”

He also thanked the Host PIs and academic mentors of the Global Fellows for opening their labs and research centers to support and guide them during their independent research career path.
